The Butterfly Book was a sentimental project dedicated to Lilley. It is a collection of sounds, words and textures that make the description of a butterfly multi-sensory.
The Butterfly Book acts as a metaphor for any design project that a designer choses to tackle, and illustrates that no matter the content dealt with, there are always ways to transcend the visual.

Before making The Butterfly Book we wanted to enhance Lilley's understanding of a butterfly. We collected various materials that mimic the look, feel and scents we associate with butterflies.
