Lia is diligent and adventurous student at Stellenbosch University who recently returned from a Summer School exchange program in Sweden! Lia has a condition called Optic Atrophy. Her vision loss is a result of death of the cells that make up the optic nerves. Although her vision has been this way since she was a child, she is slowly becoming slightly colour-blind.
